What comes with my weathervane?
Your weathervane purchase includes either the Copper or V-Tech Resin weathervane figure, directionals, two spacer balls, the rod and assembly instructions.

What size cupola do I need?
The general rule of thumb is to have at least one inch of cupola for every foot of your roof line. It is recommended to go one cupola size higher than the measurements suggest for a more appealing look.

Where are you located?
Our showrooms are located in Trenton, Maine. Our original factory/showroom is located at 852 Bar Harbor Rd and our second showroom is at 653 Bar Harbor Rd. Our shipping and call center is located on Route 9 in Eddington, Maine.

How do I mount my weathervane?
You can either use a cupola or a mounting bracket and both are available for purchase. Click here for mounting instructions. You do not need a roof mount for our weathervanes if you're using one of our cupolas - our cupolas come weathervane ready.

Can I order the weathervane with the patina finish?
All of our copper weathervanes are available with the option of a patina finish. Just specify in the comments when ordering or give us a call at 1-800-255-5025 and let us know of the request. Please note: the patina finish will vary slightly on each weathervane - we do recommend having your weathervane age naturally however.

What are your weathervanes made of?
We have two categories of Weathervanes - Copper and V-Tech Resin . The copper weathervanes include copper spacer balls and directionals and the V-Tech weathervanes include V-Tech Resin spacer balls and directionals. Both weathervanes are made of a high quality and built to last for years.

How long does it take to have my order shipped?
Most of our products shipped within 5 business days. The exceptions are some of our larger cupolas or any hand-crafted item not currently in stock which may take up to 2-4 weeks. You will be notified of any delay in shipment.

Where are your products made?
Many of our products are made right here in our factory in Maine including many of our cupolas and weathervane figures. The rest of our products, including parts, are imported from overseas and throughout the USA.

Do you make custom weathervanes?
We currently are not taking any new custom orders. The prices generally start around $2400 for a one of a kind custom piece. We typically work on these projects during the winter months when we have more time available.

How do you ship your weathervanes and cupolas?
We ship via UPS, Fed-Ex and Fed-Ex Freight.
